We are able to accept payment by Mastercard, VISA or Switch For information about availability, shipping returns and exchanges click on the appropriate link below: Availability Timing Shipping Special Orders Gift Wrap Returns and Exchanges Subscribe Availability Most items are available for immediate delivery. However, due to the unique selection and craftsmanship that goes into each piece, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will be notified via e-mail that your item will be Special Ordered. An estimated delivery date will be given and your order will be processed unless we receive notice of cancellation within 24 hours. Timing Please allow one week for your order to be processed. You should receive your Special Delivery package within 1-14 days of processing, depending on your location. Shipping We ship our pieces by Special Delivery. Please call or e-mail us for international orders. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. International delivery charges are calculated depending on the weight and value of the package. Special Orders Please enquire about special orders (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc.). Timing and pricing will vary by piece. Special orders are non - exchangeable. Gift Wrap All our items are gift wrapped before shipping. This includes boxes, hand made silk pouches and ribbon. Returns and Exchanges Orders may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt if returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Merchandise should be returned to Dragon and Phoenix pre-paid and insured. You may either exchange the item for another, receive a credit note or a full refund.
